About two months after opening, Hoot County Saloon’s second location—in Porter—has closed, a spokesperson with the business confirmed Dec. 5. Hoot County Saloon has another location at 15655 JFK Blvd., Unit P, Houston. The bar serves drinks such as margaritas, Texas whiskeys and flavored shots, according to its Facebook page.
