Construction on a new Chase Bank in Humble is set to begin in January, according to a Texas Department of Licensing and Regulation filing.

The project will consist of a roughly 3,500-square-foot facility, associated surface parking, utilities, site lighting, dumpster enclosure and landscaping, according to the filing. The approximately $2.5 million project is being privately funded.

While a projected opening date was not included in the listing, construction on the project is expected to wrap up in December 2025. The listing also does not include a physical address. However, it lists the location at the corner of Woodland Hills Drive and Madera Run Parkway in Humble.
