Memorial Hermann Sports Medicine and Rehabilitation Kingwood West relocated to a new facility in Kingwood, officials announced in an Aug. 23 news release.

Previously located at 601 Rockmead Drive, Kingwood, the medical and rehabilitation center offers physical and occupational therapy for patients ages 7 and up, including orthopedic and sports injuries for all body parts, pelvic health conditions, concussions and mild vestibular disorders, hand therapy and customized splints.
