“We've always been into cars. My dad built his first car; he pulled it out of a junkyard. And my grandfather owned a Ford Granada,” Wolf said.

Sitting on a 4-acre property, Porky's Backyard has 16 consistent food trucks with minimal rotating food trucks. The food truck schedule and menus can be viewed on the business website.
The eateries offer several cuisine options including Mexican, Hawaiian barbecue, Columbian, Asian, Jamaican and seafood as well as dessert food trucks offering carnival treats such as funnel cakes.Wolf said the business offers the Humble community a space to enjoy food and drinks with its full bar.
The bar offers 40 tap beers and specialty cocktails. Some customer favorites include:
- The Blue Long Island, a fruity take on the standard Long Island Iced Tea
- The Chilton made with vodka, soda, lemon and a salted rim
- The Green Lambo, a vodka cocktail that combines pineapple and melon liqueur
- The Summer Smash made with mint, raspberry and Uncle Chicken's Sippin' Whiskey
The park showcases art created by local artists including Houston artist Jesse de Leon and Ace Phoenix featuring futuristic cars such as Lamborghinis and Ferraris.Additionally, Porky's Backyard has 12 Formula 1 racing simulators with full platform motion and screens located in its 2,000-square-foot mezzanine. The food truck park also holds frequent car shows.
With events held daily, Wolf said customers can keep up with events via the business’s Facebook page and website. Events include live music, karaoke nights, rotating DJ nights and Throwback Thursday nights featuring ‘90s and ‘80s hits.
Porky’s Backyard offers free parking and is open from 11 a.m.-10 p.m. on Sunday, Monday, Wednesday and Thursday and 11 a.m.-11 p.m. Friday and Saturday.
