Following a grand opening block party, D1 Training is now open in Atascocita. The gym offers a variety of training regimens tailored to individual members' ages and experiences. In addition to customized equipment unique to the franchise, each training center features a weight room and retail center.
Wesley Gardner is an education reporter covering Houston ISD, Humble ISD and Klein ISD. He joined Community Impact in May 2021 after graduating from St. Edwards University with a degree in mass communication in 2012. He previously covered education, local government, transportation, real estate development and nonprofits in the Lake Houston-Humble-Kingwood area. Prior to joining CI, Wesley served as the editor of the Lockhart Post Register and as a reporter for the Bastrop Advertiser and Fort Bend Herald.
Hannah joined Community Impact as a reporter in May 2016 and is the editor of the Spring-Klein and Lake Houston-Humble-Kingwood editions. She previously covered city government, education and business news as a reporter for The Woodlands edition prior to becoming an editor in 2019. A lifelong Houstonian, Hannah attended Cy-Fair ISD schools and graduated from Sam Houston State University in 2016 with a bachelor's degree in multiplatform journalism.
