San Tierra, a new apartment community in Katy that is marketed as upscale and luxurious, opened its doors at 1616 Partnership Way in July, according to a July 11 press release. Managed by Sueba USA Companies, San Tierra offers 303 apartment homes with stainless steel appliances and granite countertops. Most units also offer bathrooms with custom-framed mirrors and oversized soaking tubs. The community is located near Katy Mills and the Katy Boardwalk.
The complex offers one-, two- and three-bedroom plans with undermount sinks, subway tile, walk-in closets, 9- to 12-foot ceilings, wood-style flooring, washers and dryers, patios and balconies, according to the press release. Twelve different plans range from 480 square feet up to 2,087 square feet.
San Tierra offers a variety of amenities, including a dog-washing station, a multimedia center and smart lockers capable of maintaining cold storage deliveries. According to the release, the complex also offers storage closets for rent as well as detached garage options with electric car-charging capabilities.
