Happy Lemon celebrated its grand opening Nov. 27. Located in Katy Asian Town at 23119 Colonial Parkway, Ste. C10, the bubble tea shop offers fruit teas, fruit smoothies, milk teas, lemon slushies and classic brewed teas. It also sells original, chocolate and matcha flavors of bubble waffles.
