David Weekley Homes will be debuting six new plans to Katy’s Cane Island community in the coming months. The builder also recently opened its newest showcase model in the development, which features 60-foot homesites.

The new model is located at 2707 Coastal Trail, Katy. It features an entry foyer, an island kitchen, an owner’s suite, a flex space, secondary bedrooms and unique David Weekley accents. The plans will be priced starting in mid-$400s, and the homes will offer a variety of customization options. Additionally, David Weekley is currently constructing additional move-in-ready homes in the community’s Monarch Fields section, which will be completed this summer.

The builder is also expanding into Cane Island’s three new 50-foot sections where home prices will begin at the mid-$300s. Cane Island offers a variety of amenities, including Cane Quarter—which features a two-story fitness center, a yoga studio, a lap pool and a lagoon-style family pool.
