Houston’s Fuzzy Tails, a family-owned and -operated mobile pet grooming service, is planning to open a storefront location in Katy.

Owner Andrea Nieves said she and her husband, Carlos, are renovating a brick-and-mortar location at 23222 Kingsland Blvd., Katy.
