Twenty Five Teishoku House, a restaurant that credits its simplistic menu for its namesake, is now open in Katy as of Jan. 17.

Wenbing Huang—founder, chef and chief experience officer—wrote that he leads his team to provide a memorable experience for each guest who visits Twenty Five by advocating for attention to detail.

The menu features 25 items with homage to traditional Japanese meal composition—a main dish or protein, plus rice, soup, salad and side vegetable dishes. Options for main dishes include salmon or shrimp teriyaki, salt-grilled mackerel, chicken katsu, and hamburg steak.

The eatery is located at 21784 Katy Freeway, Ste. 100, Katy. 346-251-5886.
