Memorial Hermann Health System has leased space in the Shops at Katy Reserve for primary care services estimated to open next summer or fall.

The Houston-based health care provider has leased an 8,945-square-foot free-standing building in the NewQuest development at 1713 Spring Green Blvd. The permitting process is underway with an estimated opening in late summer or early fall, according to a press release.

“Memorial Hermann’s primary care services certainly will add to the daytime activity and will pair well with our existing tenants by creating a one-stop experience for basic needs, dining and shopping,” NewQuest broker associate Lara Lee LaMendola said in the release.
