On April 25, Bold Fox Development acquired approximately 215 acres of land in Brookshire for a new residential community. The property is located near Gassner Road and FM 362, about 1 mile north of I-10.

Alex Kamkar, managing shareholder of Bold Fox Development and developer for the property, said in a news release that he expects homesites to begin construction in early 2024.

“With today’s current housing market, there is a real need for more developed land so more people can obtain the American Dream of owning a home,” Kamkar said. “Whether it’s communities of hundreds of acres or even pocket communities, like Cherrywood Estates at nearly 21 acres, anything we can make available opens up opportunities for people to move into home ownership and start building generational wealth.”

Bold Fox Development has acquired four communities since its launch in 2019, including this most recent purchase and Cherrywood Estates in Tomball. The others include the 45-acre Venetian Pines in Conroe and the 470-acre Attwater community in Waller County, which Kamkar said will break ground this winter.

The new Brookshire community will be within the Royal Independent School District.
