ManageMowed, a commercial landscape company, announced a new agreement in Katy, according to a July 6 press release.

The landscape company offers a solution to commercial landscaping by managing client relationships and a network of local, owner-operator landscape vendors to ensure business properties and facilities are maintained, according to the business.

It offers landscape maintenance including lawn, beds, shrub and tree care; site inspections and assessments; and property enhancements such as storm cleanup, irrigation maintenance, fertilization and snow removal.

The Katy location will be owned by Jeff Johnson, a business leader with over 42 years of experience working with software and service-based companies, the press release said. The location will serve properties in Katy, Cinco Ranch and Park Row starting in late July.

“I’m eager to utilize my background in services delivery, business development and relationship management to provide business owners and property managers with professional, streamlined law care,” Johnson said.

ManageMowed focuses on enhancing safety, security and property preservation for its clients, the press release said. The business is designed to streamline services for commercial property and facilities managers such as self-storage businesses, gas stations, hotels and retail complexes.

“We’re excited to expand our presence in Houston and serve the Katy community with our strong business model,” said Peter Roberts, co-founder of ManageMowed. “This is an important milestone for us as we continue to grow the ManageMowed brand in new markets and move closer to our goal of expanding across the country.”

ManageMowed has businesses in California, Colorado, Oregon, Texas, North Carolina, Oklahoma, Missouri and Washington. The business hopes to expand in 31 new territories by the end of 2022.
