Fort Bend County is expanding its reach with the opening of a vaccination clinic in Fulshear.

The overview

Fort Bend County Health and Human Services announced July 22 the opening of the Fulshear Community Health Clinic, which will offer vaccines weekly on Mondays from 10 a.m.-2 p.m., according to a July 22 Facebook post.

The Fulshear clinic caters to adults who are uninsured and children who are uninsured, underinsured, on Medicaid or of Native American or Native Alaskan heritage, according to the post. Those meeting eligibility may be charged an administration fee and must show ID and a paper copy of shot records.

The clinic will offer all Texas Vaccines for Children and Adult Safety Net vaccinations for children and adults, including:
  • Hepatitis A and B
  • Tetanus
  • Meningococcal
  • Measles, mumps and rubella
Additional vaccines for children are available, such as coronavirus, influenza, varicella, rotavirus and respiratory syncytial virus, according to the post.
