A Chipotle spokesperson was unable to provide the new eatery's address, but the spokesperson said it would be located on Cane Island Parkway in Katy.
Project filing information from Texas Department of Licensing and Regulation shows construction on the freestanding building is set to begin Jan. 6. The building will also feature a pickup window for drive-thru.
