Goodcents, a Kansas-founded deli shop, opened its first Texas restaurant in Katy.

The eatery is known for its signature soft bread that is baked fresh twice daily and meats hand-sliced to order, according to an email from Goodcents marketing representatives.

The deli shop has a variety of sandwich offerings, such as tuna salad, buffalo chicken and the Goodcents' original, made with ham, bologna, salami and pepperoni, per its website.
