Two new McDonald's restaurants are opening in Katy, franchise owner Joe Ramirez said.

Community Impact previously reported on the location opening at Morton Ranch Road and Katy Hockley near the H-E-B. Another McDonald's near FM 1093 and Spring Green Boulevard is set to break ground in the first quarter of 2025, Ramirez said.
Founded in San Bernardino, California, in 1940 by Richard and Maurice McDonald, the fast-casual restaurant is known for its burgers and fries, according to its website.
