Shops at Jordan Ranch and the Shops at Jordan Crossing are two new shopping centers in varying stages of development that are coming to the intersection of Texas Heritage Parkway and Jordan Crossing Boulevard. Commercial real estate company Hunington Properties is developing the two centers at the southwest corner of the intersection.

Shops at Jordan Ranch, located at 29087 Jordan Crossing Blvd., is the second phase of the development, coming in adjacent to the established first phase, Marketing Director Karen Villalobos said. The Commons at Jordan Ranch is located on the northwest corner of the intersection.
Spaces in the Shops at Jordan Ranch will be turned over to tenants in mid-August, with businesses set to open this fall, Villalobos said.
According to Hunington Properties’ brochure for the center, tenants include:
- Big City Wings
- A veterinary clinic
- Great Clips
- Jordan Ranch Nails & Spa
- Jordan Ranch Lash Studio
- Vision Group Optometrist
Additionally, taking the two standalone plats just south of Jordan Crossing Boulevard are Heartland Dental and Canadian coffee chain Tim Hortons, Villalobos said. While the dental office will likely open this fall, there’s not yet a timeline for when Tim Hortons will join the development.What else
Meanwhile, construction began in February on Phase 3 of the development, called the Shops at Jordan Crossing, at 29910 Jordan Crossing Blvd. and 29906 Jordan Crossing Blvd.
The center, located west of Phase 2, will consist of two retail buildings when construction finishes in November, Villalobos said. Tenants will likely open within the first quarter of 2025.
According to the center's brochure, tenants for the third phase include:
- Airi Ramen
- Pure Barre
- Shipley Do-Nuts
- Heritage Oaks Wine and Spirits
- Grand Imperial Chinese Restaurant

Commercial activity has been buzzing along the intersection, with Hunington Properties recently turning over management of its multifamily project, The Vic at Jordan Ranch, on the northeast corner of the intersection, Villalobos said.
Additionally, Texas grocery giant H-E-B could be heading to the southeast corner of the intersection, according to project registration data from the Texas Department of Licensing and Regulation. Construction on the new $18 million store is set to begin in October and be completed in late June 2025, Community Impact reported.
