Led by a Thai chef with more than 15 years of experience, Absolute Thai Cuisine brings authentic Thai favorites to the new Fulshear restaurant, owner Jzessika Lee said.

On the menu

Menu items include dumplings, tom yum soup and other soups, curries, noodle dishes, desserts, and Thai iced tea and coffee, according to the online menu. The menu also features some Thai street food items, such as kai jeow moo sap, a Thai omelet with ground pork.

The backstory

Before the Fulshear eatery, Lee owned several restaurants in New York for more than two decades, she said. With her move to the area, Lee said she wanted to continue serving customers authentic Thai flavors.
