Opened in April, Bruster’s Real Ice Cream of Katy brings at least 24 freshly made ice cream flavors to its store daily, according to the company’s website.
The Pennsylvania-based chain was started in 1989 by Bruce Reed, who was looking to provide fresh homemade ice cream to his community. Today, there are nearly 200 locations in the U.S. and Guyana, according to its website.

With over 150 ice cream flavors in rotation, guests can choose from favorites such as:

- Caramel coconut cookie
- Key lime pie
- Southern banana pudding
- Cotton candy explosion
