Twisted Egg Shack, a fast-casual breakfast, brunch and lunch spot, opened in Katy this fall.

Noteworthy menu items include the Don't Call Me Chicken sandwich, made with a chicken tender, scrambled egg, cheddar and a drizzle of honey on a croissant bun; and Twisted Tot-chos, a brunch bowl with sausage, jalapenos, scrambled eggs, queso and sriracha aioli piled on top of tater tots.

The restaurant also serves over 15 flavors of mimosas, including pineapple passionfruit and hibiscus.
