Camber Ridge, a 312-unit apartment community, is under construction in the Cross Creek Ranch master-planned community. The community will be owned and operated by Venterra Realty.
According to a March 6 news release, the community’s features will include:

- Resort-style pool
- Outdoor lounge
- Fitness center
- Package lockers
- Coworking spaces
