Everbrook Academy is planning a new construction project in the Sunterra community in Katy totaling $4.77 million, according to filings from the Texas Department of Licensing and Regulation.

The gist

Community Impact reached out to representatives with the school but did not get a response by press time; however, filings show the project consists of a one-story, wood-framed child learning center.

The 11,477-square-foot facility will also feature playground areas, fencing, gating, landscaping and parking areas, per the TDLR filing. The timeline calls for work to start in late January and conclude by May 31.

What they offer

Everbrook Academy schools offer early education and child care programs to infants up to kindergarten-age children as well as before- and after-school programs and summer camps, according to its website.
