A botanical and natural wellness shop just opened on Morton Road in Katy.

The Katy Your CBD Store brand sells Sunmed hemp-based wellness products and opened mid-April.

The franchise location is woman- and minority-owned, and carries non-GMO hemp items, such as water solubles, oil tinctures, beauty and weight loss products, and pet products, owners Marla and Frank Guerra said.


Products are meant to help customers sleep better, as well as soothe pain and prevent mental fog, according to the business's website.

There are over 415 Your CBD Stores worldwide, Frank Guerra said, with two other Houston-area shops located near The Woodlands and in Humble.
