The second Katy location for PJ's Coffee of New Orleans has changed its estimated opening date.
The details
Originally anticipated to open in January, the coffee shop is awaiting an inspection from the city of Katy and permitting from Harris County before its estimated soft opening in early May, franchise owner Andy Derawan said in an email.
The coffee shop sells beignets and a plethora of sandwiches in addition to its cold, hot and frozen coffee beverages.
