The Katy and Fulshear areas boast a variety of family-friendly entertainment venues, with more on the way—including sports entertainment venue Electric Pickle anticipated to open in August 2025. Here are 20 spaces in Katy and Fulshear marketed for family fun and adventure. This list is not comprehensive.
Arcades
Activate Games
The interactive, indoor gaming space allows teams of two to five people to choose from more than 500 games of varying difficulty levels. Each game incorporates technology, with wristbands tracking participants’ scores.
This arcade located inside Katy Mills mall boasts over 150 games, including basketball shoot out, pinball and air hockey. It also features mini-golf, bowling lanes and laser tag.

Escape rooms
Exit 4 Katy
The entertainment space puts up to 10 attendees inside a themed room and gives them one hour to "escape" by solving puzzles and locating clues hidden through the room.

Golf
Monster Mini Golf
This indoor glow-in-the-dark entertainment center features a ghost and ghouls-themed miniature golf course, an arcade with expansive prize center, a laser maze and virtual reality.
At the locally-owned indoor golf venue and bar, patrons can pay by the hour to test their swing at six golfing simulators programmed with about 185 courses. Its on-site restaurant features Korean dishes, and the venue also offers craft beer, wine, seltzers and nonalcoholic beverages.
The Tiger Woods-designed, golf-themed venue features a small-scale golf course, four bars, a restaurant and VIP space, and an extensive ice cream parlor.

Sports
AGR Sports Adventure Park
Short for Aggressor Sports Club, the multipurpose entertainment space started off as a paintball venue but has since added ax throwing, arcade games, virtual reality and an immersive 7D movie theater.
This entertainment facility recently added new Mario Karts to its high-speed electric go-kart track. Other offerings include a ropes course, laser tag, mini-golf, arcade games and virtual reality gaming.
The Austin-based immersive baseball-themed venue will conclude its $2.7 million expansion to add 10 new batting bays and more hosting space by the summer, officials said. It also offers a rotation of events, concerts and an on-site restaurant and bar.
The club features seven fenced indoor courts, a players lounge and bar, a mezzanine lounge, a red light therapy room, a cold plunge, and also offers lessons, clinics, leagues and socials.
The pickleball sporting venue is set on a two-acre tract and features eight indoor courts, four outdoor courts, a sauna and wellness bar, a pet-friendly gazebo and an indoor space for food trucks and live music. Outdoor courts opened in late April, with indoor courts opening in late May.

Theme parks
Dig World
First of its kind in Texas, this construction-themed amusement park located at Katy Mills mall features kid-operated skid steers, utility terrain vehicles and excavators, as well as a gem mining station, a turf field with games like cornhole and TowerBall, and a playground.
Located at Katy Mills mall, this 56,000-square-foot indoor slide park features an assortment of slides, multi-sport air courts, a multi-level playground and a miniature go-kart racing track.
This waterpark and event space features nine water rides, such as a 1,500-foot lazy river and the Lone Star racer slides. It opened a junior version in May 2023 with miniature water attractions, including a splash pad and 10 junior-sized slides for its youngest visitors.

Altitude
The 34,000-square-foot facility has trampolines, dodgeball courts, battle beams, foam pits, a trapeze, a rock climbing wall, basketball dunking lanes, tumble tracks and a kids zone. It also offers age-based activities and group events.
In addition to wall-to-wall trampolines, the park features an indoor zipline, climbing walls, ropes and warrior courses, a battle beam, foam pits, a slam-dunk track, a dodgeball area, and a children’s area for ages 7 and younger.
