Meanwhile, of the total 529 homes sold, homes in the $200,000-$399,999 price range sold the most frequently, with 272 homes sold.

The median home sales price decreased in five of six ZIP codes year over year. ZIP code 77423 saw the largest year-over-year decrease at a 22.22% decline.
Alternatively, ZIP code 77494 saw the only year-over-year increase at 11.76%, while ZIP code 77094 saw the largest median home sale price at $600,000.
Digging in deeper
Meanwhile, the average number of days homes spent on the market increased in five of the six ZIP codes, showing homes sales made that month spent more time on the market on average.
Homes sold quickest in ZIP code 77094, with an average of 33 days on the market for the three homes sold. Homes spent the longest on the market in ZIP code 77423 for an average of 116 days.
