The data show four of the six local ZIP codes saw the number of homes sold rise year over year, with ZIP code 77423 seeing the largest increase at 136%. Home sales in ZIP code 77493 were the highest, with 295 homes sold.
The median home sales price decreased in five of six ZIP codes year over year. ZIP code 77423 saw the largest year-over-year decrease at a 22.02% decline, according to the data.
Alternatively, ZIP code 77094 saw the highest median home sale price among the six ZIP codes with $725,000, which was a 27.75% increase from 2024.
Meanwhile, the average number of days homes spent on the market increased in five of the six ZIP codes, showing home sales made that month spent more time on the market on average, according to the data.
Homes sold quickest in ZIP code 77450, with an average 55 days on the market for the 72 homes sold. Homes spent the longest on the market in ZIP code 77423 for an average of 117 days.
