The median home sales price decreased in four of six ZIP codes year over year. ZIP code 77094 saw the largest year-over-year decrease at a 20.68% decline, according to the data. It also saw the highest median home sale price among the six ZIP codes with $585,000.
Alternatively, ZIP code 77423 saw the largest year-over-year rise of 5.65%, data shows.
Another note
Meanwhile, the average number of days homes spent on the market also decreased in three of the six ZIP codes, showing home sales made that month spent less time on the market on average, according to the data. ZIP code 77493 stayed the same with an average of 84 days on the market.
Homes sold quickest in ZIP code 77094, with an average of 38 days on the market for the 13 homes sold. Homes spent the longest on the market in ZIP code 77423 for an average of 105 days.
