The median home sales price decreased in four of six ZIP codes year over year. ZIP code 77441 saw the largest year-over-year decrease at a 7.27% decline, according to the data.
Alternatively, ZIP code 77094 saw the largest year-over-year rise of 16.83%, and had the highest median home sale price among the six ZIP codes with $590,000.
Meanwhile, the average number of days homes spent on the market also decreased in four of the six ZIP codes, showing homes sales made that month spent less time on the market on average, according to the data.
Homes sold quickest in ZIP code 77094, with an average of 34 days on the market for the 116 homes sold. Homes spent the longest on the market in ZIP code 77423 for an average of 119 days.
