Fewer homes were sold in most Katy-area ZIP codes from June 2022-May 2023 compared to the same time span the previous year with an exception of the 77441 and 77493 ZIP codes. The latter saw the most significant change in sales, seeing 761 more sales, a 26% increase.

However, the average home sales price decreased in all ZIP codes in the area. The 77450 ZIP code’s average sales price dropped by the largest percentage with a 13.28% decrease.
