Fort Bend County residents, along with business and community leaders, will celebrate National Night Out. Those interested in hosting an event can register online by 5 p.m. Oct. 1 to ensure an officer from the sheriff's office attends the event.

The Fulshear community will celebrate National Night Out, where residents can host an event on their streets. Officers will be in attendance if the event is registered, and residents can register by emailing Capt. Mike McCoy at [email protected], according to information from the city. The department will also be at the City Hall parking lot where families can explore police and fire vehicles and equipment and meet K-9 Blu. Registration for the event closes Oct. 3.

Harris County WCID No. 110 and its residents will celebrate with the local community, law enforcement officers and other emergency response personnel with activities such as inflatable bounce houses, cornhole and ladder golf. Check-in will be required when arriving, and wristbands will be provided for all participants.
