Jaggers, a fast-casual restaurant from Texas Roadhouse founder Kent Taylor, opened its first Houston-area location in Grand Morton Town Center.

The menu features numerous burgers and sandwiches, such as the green chile cheeseburger, sunrise burger, mushroom Swiss burger and a California grilled chicken sandwich, according to its website. Additionally, patrons can partake in a blue cheese burger salad or berry fresh salad.

Guests can also enjoy milkshakes in a variety of flavors, including banana split, chocolate chip cookie and Ghirardelli brownie, per the website.

The eatery opened its first location in Indiana in 2014, with locations expanding to Kentucky, Texas and North Carolina, according to its website. The Katy location is the company's second Texas location following Longview’s opening in 2023.
