Pastel Pizza opened its fourth brick-and-mortar location on FM 1463 in the Katy area.

On the menu

The Venezuelan fast-casual eatery sells an Americanized version of pastelitos, a traditional Venezuelan street food, Community Impact reported. Pastelitos are puff pastries filled with ground beef, chicken or queso fresco, but the owners use pizza ingredients, such as pepperoni and mozzarella cheese, for some of their products.
