Half Baked Goodness, a gourmet cookie company, opened a bakery at 2004 S. Mason Road, Ste. D2, Katy, on Aug. 5.
The dessert shop offers paleo- and keto-friendly, gluten-free, nondairy and grain-free cookies as well as the traditional and more creative flavors, such as:
- Raspberry lemonade creme brulee
- Oreo enclosed within a chocolate chip cookie
- Espresso-infused cookies drizzled with caramel
