The brand opened its first Katy location in December 2022. Officials with commercial real estate firm NewQuest Properties announced the lease of an 1,800-square-foot space at the KFP Plaza shopping center, located at 1185 Katy Fort Bend Road, on May 25.
Andy Dermawan, owner of the new location, confirmed this and said the coffee shop will also feature a drive-thru option for customers on the go.

PJ’s Coffee founder Phyllis Jordan is said to have pioneered a special cold-drip process that fortifies the bean’s flavor while producing coffee that is two-thirds less acidic, per the company’s website. Its menu includes Red Bull infusions, teas, espresso, frozen and blended coffee drinks, and classic items—such as smoothies and hot chocolate.
