The first phase, which was acquired by Amirco Properties in 2021, sits across the street from the phase II development, is home to several businesses including Starbucks, T-Mobile and Kolache Factory.

The company also owns the Mason Creek Shopping Center in Katy and is looking into purchasing other properties in the area, Zakhireh said.
