Johnson Development officials cut the ribbon June 20 on Grange, a 1,300-acre master planned community, in Katy.
The development, situated on the corner of Morton Rd and Bartlett Road, will have 2,400 homes, Johnson Development officials said. The developer has already completed about 50 sales following its groundbreaking in March 2024.
A closer look
Grange offers eight housing models, spanning in price from about $400,000 to $800,000, with more models expected to come later, officials said.
The company is also developing the one-acre Henley Park, which will include three playgrounds and an open lawn, expected to open in August.
Going forward
While final completion is expected by 2030, the first residents are expected to move into their houses in July 2025, officials said.
