A July 25 news release said real estate firm Johnson Development Corp.'s residential community added Camp Flewellen—an indoor and outdoor complex with a 3,300-square-foot clubhouse, the community’s second fitness center, an event lawn, a firepit and a patio—to its collection of amenities.
Camp Flewellen also boasts a playground and shade structure and is within view of Flewellen Creek, a restored 2-mile stream with 150 acres of parkland that serves the local wildlife habitat. It will host resident events and exercise classes and has the capacity for private event rentals.
