The new location, which offers burgers, chicken sandwiches, taquitos and salads, features a double drive-thru, dining room and a custom interior mural featuring Whataburger and Fulshear imagery, according to a news release.
The restaurant has 89 employees, headed by Operating Partner Jesus Guzman, per the release.
