Domain Heights, a new luxury apartment building, opened its doors for move-in in February at 401 W. 25th St., Houston.

According to a fact sheet for Domain Heights, the two-building mid-rise offers 408 units developed by CityStreet Residential Partners. A total of 406 units are residential apartments, and the other two are rentable guest suites.

Unit types include studios, one-bedroom units, one-bedroom units with a study, two-bedroom units and two-bedroom units with a study. According to the fact sheet, apartments have built-in mudrooms, kitchen islands, quartz countertops, wood flooring, stainless steel appliances and spa-inspired bathrooms.

Domain Heights offers amenities, such as a golf simulator, a two-story athletic club, conference rooms, a dog wash station, private car garages available for rent and a taproom with a full-service bar.

Rent for one-bedroom units starts at $1,766, while two-bedroom units start at $2,798.
