Two new restaurants have been announced for the mixed-use development Autry Park, both of which are being developed by Berg Hospitality Group and are expected to open by next spring.

  • Annabelle’s will be an American brasserie serving breakfast, lunch and dinner in a relaxed atmosphere with views of Buffalo Bayou.

  • Turner’s Cut will be a luxury steakhouse that officials said will bring "over-the-top design elements, complete with an opulent interior." The menu will offer rare cuts of meat from Japan and the Americas.

Berg Hospitality Group has a number of other restaurants that have recently opened or have been announced, including Trattoria Sofia, and NoPo Cafe, Market & Bar. Other local eateries owned by the group include BB Lemon and B&B Butchers, both of which can be found on Washington Avenue. Both new restaurants will be designed by local architect Isaac Preminger.

“Autry Park promises to become a key dining destination in Houston, and we knew we couldn’t pass up the chance to team up with the next-generation development, which will offer one of the best dining, shopping and lifestyle experiences Houston has to offer,” Owner Ben Berg said.

Autry Park is a 14-acre development underway at Allen Parkway and Shepherd Drive in Houston. The project, which is being developed by Houston-based Hanover Company and Lionstone Investments, will eventually feature five residential towers encompassing roughly 1,450 units, 350,000 square feet of Class A office space and over 100,000 square feet of curated retail, all of which will be situated around a central green space.
