Husband and wife winemakers Mark Ellenberger and Emily Trout will unveil their new wine bar and retail concept Mutiny Wine Room, 1124 Usener St., on Jan. 18. Mutiny will carry a bottle list of 40-45 options focusing on small wineries that produce between 500 to 5,000 cases. Patrons will be able to try them by the glass or by flights in Mutiny's Tasting Room or settle in its "Farmhouse," featuring a full menu of food-pairing options crafted by Chef Ari Weiswasser, a Sonoma, California, restaurateur.
