Officials with Radom Capital and Triten Real Estate announced in a March 16 news release the two newest tenants that will join the grand reopening of the historic Swift Building in the Heights later this year.
Van Leeuwen Ice Cream and Leemoo bring the project to 80% leased ahead of its tentative late summer or early fall opening.
What we know
The menu includes smoothies such as the:
- Sweet Escape, made with strawberry, peach, banana, mango, fresh-squeezed orange juice and house-made almond milk
- Local Celebrity, made with pineapple, banana, spinach, lime, coconut cream and blended in coconut milk
- Glowing Greens, with spinach, kale, parsley, mango, pineapple and blended-in freshly squeezed orange juice
