“I’m thrilled to bring the Café Feuillette concept to the United States and especially to Houston," Feuillette said. "This city truly won me over. Its energy, cultural richness and culinary scene made it the ideal place to introduce our French coffee shop concept abroad."
What they offer
Café Feuillette will bring a taste of French art de vivre to Houston, featuring high-quality sweet and savory homemade dishes, signature gourmet drinks and a cozy ambiance, according to a Dec. 15 news release.
The menu will offer breakfast, lunch and afternoon treats, as well as pastry drinks, which are inspired by classic French desserts like vanilla flan and Paris-Brest, a classic French pastry made from choux dough shaped into a wheel and filled with a praline-flavored cream, hazelnut mousseline and topped with powdered sugar and almonds.
Pastries will also be available, including French favorites such as filled madeleines, canelés, brioches and chocolate fondant.
What's special about it?
According to the release, all items in the cafe, including the salads and sandwiches, will be made in-house, prepared on-site and utilize fresh ingredients.

Looking ahead
Café Feuillette has four locations in France. The Houston location will mark the fifth store opening overall, but will be the first to open outside of France.
Feuillette said the goal of the launch is to introduce the French coffee shop concept to the American public, with the ambition of expanding across the country.
"The potential for growth in the U.S. is endless," he said in the release. "We are passionate about showcasing our French know-how to Americans, and this is just the beginning."
The cafe will be located at the corner of Betis and Westcreek below the District's Grey House Apartments and is expected to open in summer 2026.
