Maison Chinoise is also known for its housemade premium dim sum and dumplings that come in flavors such as hot and sour soup, spicy Sichuan pork, lobster and crispy wagyu.
Dessert includes ube Nutella bao, made with coconut charcoal, strawberry sauce and sea salt; banana spring rolls, which are crispy spring rolls filled with cream cheese, banana, mango lime coulis and coconut sorbet; and the Mandarin fields, a dish comprised of white chocolate ganache, Grand Marnier cake, orange compote, green tea sponge cake and chocolate green tea soil marinated in an orange plum wine.
