Now, the fast-casual burger restaurant is bringing its special menu to Houston in 2026.
The setup
According to a Texas Department of Licensing and Regulation filing, the project will include converting a 2,500-square-foot space in Sawyer Heights Village into the new restaurant. The roughly $400,000 renovation is expected to start construction in February 2026 and wrap up in May. Details are subject to change.
What's special about it?
Killer Burger uses 100% natural beef and creates distinctive combinations such as the:
- Jose Mendoza: Made with roasted green chiles, bacon, Monterey jack, house sauce and pickles
- Teemah: Made with Swiss cheese fondue, blue cheese crumbles, bacon and grilled onions
- Big Shot: A 1.3lb patty topped with Philly cheese steak, bacon, brined red peppers and Swiss fondue
