Houston native Kirthan Shenoy and his wife, Kripa Shenoy, first opened the restaurant at the mixed-use development in the spring of 2022 and offered a locally-sourced, vegetable-forward menu with views of Buffalo Bayou Park.
While the Autry Park-located restaurant will close in April, representatives mentioned the couple's sister concept, EaDough Pastries and Provisions, will remain open in the east downtown area.
"As we close out our final weeks of service, we invite you to dine with us one last time, to reminisce, celebrate and enjoy the flavors that made Auden what it is," the online post stated.
