The culinary innovators behind Amrina are bringing a new Indian restaurant to Houston's Midtown scene with their newest concept known as Bol.

What's special about it?

Bol will pay homage to the flavors of Indian cuisine with a menu that highlights a variety of grilled meats, vegetables and grains paired with house-made hummus, sauces and dressings.

Each single-serve bowl offers guests the opportunity to mix and match authentic flavors, and is crafted with sustainably-sourced meats and fresh produce from local farms. Bol will be open for lunch and dinner.

Meet the owners

Kahani Social Group, owned by brothers Surpeet and Preet Singh, opened Amrina, the electic modern Indian restaurant in The Woodlands, in 2022.

In May, the owners announced a fried chicken concept will be the groups next venture with Pok Pok Po set to open in Midtown soon. Bol will be the third restaurant to open in the Greater Houston region by the Singh brothers with an opening date set for late fall.

"With Bol, we wanted to create a concept that blends the vibrant, bold flavors of Indian cuisine with the simplicity and convenience of a bowl. It's a fresh take on tradition, designed for modern lifestyles without compromising on quality or taste,” Paul Singh, co-founder of Kahani Social Group, said.
