Japanese restaurant Kata Robata celebrated its 15th anniversary in May. Lead by four-time James Beard Award nominated Chef Manabu “Hori” Horiuchi, Kata Robata serves an array of sushi, sashimi and Japanese tapas.

In honor of the anniversary, restaurant representatives announced that the restaurant unveiled a special roll that includes an array of Japanese fish—including tuna, salmon, yellowtail, madai and toro—as well as tamago, a form of Japanese egg. Guests can dine a la carte or opt for a chef-curated omakase.
